Summary: | 碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 資源管理研究所 === 93 === The purpose of this research is to understand when individual are nerves, sources of support have various influences on work-family conflict.We distrinct from work social support and family social support.Because role conflict is a important factor to influence individual’s career satisfaction,so we can know the career satisfaction from work-family conflict.
This research attempt to explore the relationships among work social support ,family social support,work-family conflict and career satisfaction in term of the male military officers and sergeants of ROC feel support from their supervisors,coworkers,family and friends.Through retrieved 532 samples by the method of sampling survey,we examine the hypothsiss with the LISREL path-model analysis.
The empirical analysis of this study indicates that both work social support’s and family social support’s means are over the middle scale,and work-family conflict’s and career satisfaction’s means are below the middle scale.The results support that supervisors’s support have negative effect on work-family conflict and positive effect on career satisfaction . Friend’s support have negative effect on work-family conflict.The work-family conflict is showed mediate effect between supervisors’s support and career satisfaction.
