A questionnaire of the environmental knowledge, the environmental attitude, and the environmental behavior was developed. The samples were randomly selected from one class of sixth graders in 70 schools (35 Green Schools and 35 Non-Green Schools). The major findings of this study were: 1. At the end of July 2004, 46.78% schools of the counties of Tao-Yuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli, and the city of Hsinchu were Green Schools. Most of them understood the concept of Green School Program, yet lacked of action. 2. The score of environmental knowledge was 84.13%; the average score of environmental attitude was 4.16, the average score of environmental behavior was 3.66. 3. There weren’t significant differences between Green Schools and Non-Green Schools on the scores of environmental knowledge, yet there were significant differences on the scores of environmental attitude and environmental behavior. 4. There weren’t significant differences between different cordiality of participants on the scores of environmental knowledge and environmental behavior, yet there were significant differences on environmental attitude. 5. There were significant differences between different school scales on the scores of environmental knowledge and environmental attitude, yet there weren’t significant differences on environmental behavior. 6. There were positive relationships between the scores of environmental knowledge, environmental attitude, and environmental behavior. 7. Scores of environmental attitude significantly predicted the scores of environmental behavior, yet there wasn’t significant prediction between the scores of environmental knowledge and environmental behavior. 許春峰 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
