This study methods were adopted literature review, questionnaire and in-depth interviews. In questionnaire aspect, the subjects included 120 principals and 960 teachers from 120 public schools in Tao-Yuan County. The collected data were analyzed through the methods of descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. In addition, interviews had selected four schools from the sample of questionnaire. It is hoping that through this design to collect and understand the relationship between principals’ curriculum leadership and teachers’ culture as well as real life phenomenon of the researched subject. Conclusions were made as followings: 1. Most principals and teachers agree the behavior of principals’ curriculum leadership in elementary schools of Tao-Yuan County. 2. Most principals and teachers agree the behavior of teachers' culture in elementary schools of Tao-Yuan County. 3. Principals among diverse background variables take a similar view in their own curriculum leadership. 4. Teachers among diverse background variables, except the school’s district background, the rest variables will affect evaluations on principals’ curriculum leadership. 5. Except the school’s formula, school’s history, school’s district background, the rest variables will affect evaluations on principals’ curriculum leadership of Tao-Yuan County’s educators. 6. Principals among diverse background variables take a similar view in teachers' culture. 7. Teachers among diverse background variables, except incumbent duty and school’s history, the rest variables will have little influence on teachers' culture. 8. Educators among diverse background variables take a similar view in Tao-Yuan County’s teachers' culture. 9. To put principals' curriculum leadership into practice is indeed conducive to promote teachers' culture. 10. Among all dimensions of principals’ curriculum leadership, the highest prediction to total teachers’ culture is promoting teachers’ professional growth. According to aforementioned findings, the study proposed suggestions toward educational administration, the elementary schools’ principal, teacher, and future researchers. 林志成 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 253 zh-TW
