However, many students can’t handle their mental problems, so we see many new about the student self-destruction or kill somebody very often. In this study, we proposed a prototype system for construction of the counseling resource management platform. In this prototype system, we included two kinds of mining technology to cluster the data in our databases: k-means-SOM (self-organization mapping) and fuzzy RFM model. We hope instructors through the system can help more students’figuring out their mental problems before the distressful thing happened.
