Also, due to that the mobile commerce by itself is an information technology the using of mobile commerce can reflects the acceptance behavior of the information technology. A set of detached measurement of evaluation is needed so as to grasp exactly the acceptance behavior of information technology. Therefore, this paper probes into the fit between the information technology and task-technology and the affection of the acceptance of mobile commerce by the personal perception based on the integration of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with Task-technology Fit (TTF) theory.     By using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the analytical results find: 1.The integration of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with Task-technology Fit (TTF) theory accounts 65% for the adaptability of the using behavior of mobile commerce.  2.This study also finds that there is no significant affection but positive relation on the perceptive ease of the use of mobile commerce by the task-technology fit.
