The data collected from the tourist who joined the tour with the recreation diving travel agency at kenting and kaoshiung. The process tool was SPSS for Windows 10.0, descriptive statistics method, factor analysis, T-test, correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used for data analysis. In addition, LISREL is applied to investigate the relationship among the latent variables. The results of the study indicate that recreation diving tourism service quality have a direct significant impact on the service value and overall satisfaction. The service value and overall satisfaction were the mediators between the recreation diving tourism service quality and loyalty.
