碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 營建工程所 === 93 === In order to improve quality of the public construction project, Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan, promulgated the “ Public Construction Quality Management Standard (PCQMS)” . According to this standard, all county and municipal governments in Taiwan have to establish construction project quality audit group, for auditing all responsible public projects. Within the PCQMS, there is no analysis to show the effects of each auditing items on project construction quality currently. The objective of this research was to analyze the factor affecting the project construction quality auditing through literature review and questionnaire investigation. The approaches of factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe test were employed. Overall, two times of questionnaire investigation have been done. Based on the results, 20 influence factors, belonged separately to audit plan, participants, information feedback and information system were screened. Additionally, the importance of the scope of audit plan, the numbers and the professional background of the auditors, and the process of auditing steps was confirmed.
