This paper reviewed logistics literature related to human capital、structural capital and customer capital literature which belong to logistics industry. Use quantitative index to find intellectual capital index of logistics industry by empirical research. Further explore the causal relationship between human capital、structural capital、customer capital and intellectual capital, as well as understand intellectual capital which is different in different area by setting dummy variable. The subjects of this paper were North America and European third-party's logistics company. Use SPSS13.0 to carry on factor analysis and path analysis, the result extract three-aspect (human capital、structural capital and customer capital), and seven indicators. In North America, the empirical results show that the human capital and structural capital have positive effects on intellectual capital. In Europe and America, the empirical results show that the human capital、structural capital and customer capital have positive effects on intellectual capital, as well as no difference in different area.
