| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 運輸倉儲營運所 === 93 === Because domestic air- cargo forwarders faced with the transformation of the logistic management condition in the whole world , at present gradually changed itself management pattern, and the increased operation scope in order to enhance own competitive advantage.
Core competencies are important for keeping sustainable competitive advantage. This study, based on a survey of air cargo forwarding industry in Taiwan, uses structural equation modeling to examine the relationships among resource, capabilities, logistic service and sustainable competitive advantage. Among 45 services attributes, the loyalty relations with the customers of the resources component, the staff ability of the capability component, and obtainable air-cargo spaces are main origin of the air- cargo forwarder’s competitive advantage.
Results indicate that capabilities dimension, capabilities dimension and logistic service dimension positively influences sustainable competitive advantage. However, the three dimensions have direct and indirect influence relationship on forwarder’s sustainable competitive advantage. Moreover, capability also indirectly impacts on sustainable competitive advantage through resource logistics performance.
