Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 93 === Abstract The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship of the achievement motivation, work value, and career self-efficacy for the married career women in Kaohsiung City. Adopting documentary analysis and questionnaire survey, the researcher used “questionnaire on the achievement motivation, work value, and career self-efficacy for married career women in Kaohsiung City” as main researching tool. Through purposive sampling, this research took married career women as population, including “Staying and Catering Industry”, “Medical Health Care and Social Welfare Service Industry”, “Financial Insurance Industry”, and “Education Service Industry”. The effective samples were 578 out of 620 questionnaires sent by the researcher. The collected data was processed by the software package SPSS 10.0 for windows, and several statistical analyses, such as one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Scheffe method, MANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression, were performed. This research drew the following main conclusions: 1. The married career women in Kaohsiung City show the highest degree of achievement motivation in “Professional Enrichment”. 2. The married career women in Kaohsiung City emphasize the importance of work value. 3. The married career women in Kaohsiung City possess the highest degree of career self-efficacy in “Professional Self-confidence” 4. In “Financial Insurance Industry”, the married career women whose educational background is above high school with longer working years score higher in the achievement motivation. 5. The married career women in Kaohsiung City serving in “Financial Insurance Industry” and “Education Service Industry” show greater significance in their work value. The influence of the “Rationality of Wages and Benefits” is greater for those who possess high academic background. 6. Except for the “professional self-confidence”, the career self-efficacy of the married career women in Kaohsiung City serving in “Financial Insurance Industry” is better than those who serve in “Medical Health Care and Social Welfare Service Industry”. Those who possess less than 5 working years show significantly lower degree in the aspect of “Difficulty Judgment”. 7. The more positive the achievement motivation of the married career women in Kaohsiung City, the greater their career self-efficacy. 8. The higher the degree of the work value of those married career women in Kaohsiung City, the greater their career self-efficacy. 9. “Self-development”, “Challenging Orientation”, “Professional Enrichment”, “Interpersonal Status”, “Achievement Orientation”, and “Rationality of Wages and Benefits” are able to effectively predict the degree of career self-efficacy; moreover, the aspect of “Self-development” shows greatest explanatory capability. According to the results stated above, the researcher provides several suggestions for the married career women, the management of business, as well as the future research.
