| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 93 === The main purpose of this study was to discussing and analyzes these three relations ,which are the working pressure, the pressure response and corresponding tactics, for the intensive care unit nursing staff's.
And according to the result, we can establish the suggestion to supplies the reference to for the ICU workers, medical organization and the further researching. In order to the purpose, the study used questionnaire survey to develop the tool “The examination of the ICU members pressure sheet”. By the decided sampling method, the sample objects are the members in above the “regional hospital” of the middle and southern Taiwan areas. Altogether sends out 410 questionnaires, 385 sheets were received, altogether received 375 effective questionnaires. The valid sample returns-ratio is 90.9 %. After the statistical analysis, the induction obtained result, obtains following conclusion:
1. ICU members’ work pressure are over the medium level , the major pressure are
“interpersonal relationship,”
2. The major of ICU members’ pressure response are “the physical response”
3. The major coping of ICU members’ work pressure are "to change one's mood"
4. ICU members’ work pressure are different among their background variables.
5. ICU members’ work pressure response are different among their background variables.
6. ICU members’ coping strategies are different among their background variables.
7. There are significant relationship between ICU members’ work pressure、pressure
response and their coping strategies .
Besides, according the conclusions we can get some opinions:
1. Suggestions for ICU members:
（a）The important method for keeping health and release stress is suitable rest and
exercise.
（b）Enter into the classes about “stress adapt” can help people to make more postive
pressure coping plans.
（c）Using a multiplicity of lreaning methods and continue lrarning can make more knowledges and skills.
（d）The raise time control ability expresses the slow working pressure then to enjoy the
rich life.
2. Suggestions for medical treatment and nursing correlation :
（a）Building the nursing team that express each other and improve nursing work shift
ism.
（b）Building the nursing team that can help each other then have psychology consults business counselling group.
（c）The hospital and the education correlation can build classes about “stress adapt” or “emotion control”.
3. Suggestions for further research:
Then cited several suggestions of research object research variables and research
methods.
