To understand their differences on different backgrounds of the junior school teachers. 3. Inquiring their relationships. 4. To investigate differences of teachers’ creative characteristics in job involvement and teaching effectiveness. 5.To understand the prediction effect of job involvement and teaching effectiveness from teachers’ creative characteristics. In order to achieve its purposes, this research methods methodologically adopted questionnaire survey and qualitative interview. The subjects were public junior high school teachers in Tainan County/City. The tool of this study, “Junior School teachers’ creative characteristics and job involvement, teaching effectiveness” was designed and then 685 samples were surveyed . The data are analyzed and presented by t-test, One-way ANOVA, One-way Manova, Pearson product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regressions. Subjects of interview research were six junior high school teachers, used semi-structural interview. Analysis of the interview data involved recording, transcription, coding categorization and synthesis. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1.The teacher’s creative characteristics have high positive response in junior high school . 2.The job enjoyment have high good response in teacher’s job involvement . 3. The teacher’s teaching effectiveness have high positive response in junior school . 4.Different personal variables have differences in the creative characteristics among junior school . Next , different personal variables have differences in the teacher’s job involvement . Finally , different personal variables have differences in the teacher’s teaching effectivenessnt . 5.Teachers’ creative characteristics have great positive correlation with teachers’ job involvement in junior school . Next , teachers’ creative characteristics have great positive correlation with teachers’ teaching effectiveness in junior school . Last , teachers’ job involvement have great positive correlation with teachers’ teaching effectiveness in junior school . 6.Different teachers’ job involvement and teaching effectivenesshave difference in the different teachers’ creative characteristics among junior school . Next , the high level of teachers’ creative characteristics are higher than those middle level and low level . 7.The creative characteristics of the teachers is powerful in prediction teachers’ job involvement in junior school . 8.The creative characteristics of the teachers is powerful in predicting teachers’ teaching effectiveness in junior school . According the main findings mentioned above , 13 suggestions are offered concerning school administration , teacher , educational administration , and further research : 1. School administration: (1) Be concerned about the female teachers and unmarried teachers in junior high school , and help them to have more creative performances and attempts. (2) Be concerned about the the younger teachers and unmarried teachers , and help them to improve their performance in job and teaching. (3) Encourage teachers to participate in task of school, in order to promote their belief in teaching. (4) Establish creative environment and free ambiance of school. (5) Develope teacher’s creative teaching and student’s thinking should be a key point in school education and teaching. 2.Teacher: (1) Understand the concept and develop the characteristics of creativeness , in order to promote teachers’s creative teaching and strengthen students’ competition. (2) Teachers should establish active and optimistic attitude , in order to promote the teachers’ teaching effectiveness and creative thinking. (3) Developing better emotion management and communication skills, is helpful for professor-student relationship and promting student’s creativity. 3.Educational administrative authorities : (1) Teachers’ professional growth should be positivism continued , in order to enhance the teachers’ Creative Characteristics , job involvement and teaching effectiveness. (2) Establish definit reward mechanism to promote teachers to have more creativity and attempts . 4.Further research : (1) The research content might have to be enhanced . (2) The methodology might have to be variegated . (3) The research subject might have to be enhanced .
