碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 輔導與諮商研究所 === 93 === The Correlation between Career Maturity , Career Indecision and Career Decision of Military Senior High School Students Yuh-Ling,Kao Abstract The purposes of this study focused on : the research in the current situation of career maturity, career indecision and career decision among military senior high school students; the comparison of career maturity, career indecision and career decision with military senior high school students from various backgrounds（grade, family structrue）; the correlation of military senior high school students’attitudes toward career maturity and career indecision, career maturity and career decision, career indecision and career decision; and the prediction of military senior high school students’attitudes toward career maturity and career indecision to career decision. The inventories of high school students’Career Maturity and high school students’Career Decision Inventory were the major instruments in this study. The samples consisted of two hundred eighty-nine students at military senior high school. Data were analyzed by arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variances, Pearson’s Prodoct-Moment Correlation analysis and Stepwise Regression. The conclusions are in the following statements: The current situation of career maturity, career indecision and career decision among military senior high school students were all medium mark; the comparison of career maturity, career indecision and career decision with military senior high school students from various backgrounds was not significant. There were significant grade differences on self-assertive approach and self-decided approach; the correlation of military senior high school students’attitudes toward career maturity and career indecision, career maturity and career decision, career indecision and career decision was significant; the military senior high school students’attitudes toward career maturity and career indecision predicted career decision at a rate of 20.9％. Based on the conclusions of this study, discussions and suggestions were provided for application and future research.
