First, we collected the reference to understand the definition, theory, and practices.Then we set up the framework and research methods of the study. A questionnaire were sent to 500 military instructors working in vocational schools, colleges, and universities.in southern Taiwan. the author SPSS 10.0 for Windows were used to analyze data collected. The conclusions of the study are: 1. Professional skills is the most significant factor in role consciousness of military instructors. 2. Concentration on the job is the most significant factor in work involvement of military instructors. 3. Relationship is the most significant factor in work stress of military instructors. 4. Sex, age, position, seniority, and the types of schools will affect the role consciousness of military instructors. 5. Sex, age, position, seniority, and the types of the schools will affect the work involvement of military instructors. 6. Sex, age, marriage, and the types of the schools will affect the work stress of military instructors. 7. The relationship of role consciousness and work stress is significant. 8. The relationship of work involvement and work stress is significant. 9. There exists a positive relationship between role consciousness and work involvement of military instructors. 10. Work enjoyment and work evaluation are the most effectire predictors for the role consciousness and work involvement.of military instructors. Abstract
The goals of the study are as following:
(1) to explore the current situation of the role consciousness, work involvement, and work stress of military instructors
(2) to explore the differences of the role consciousness, work involvement, and work stress among military instructors
(3) to explore the relationship of the role consciousness, work involvement, and work stress of military instructors
(4) to make a conclusion according to the survey.
