Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 93 === Because high-brightness LEDs have small dimensions, high luminous efficiency, long service life, and environmental friendliness, they are used extensively in recent year. However, good hue performance and good color recognition are key indicators for their quality. In this research, we develop an automatic system to measure LED electro-optical properties. The LabVIEW is used to write motor-positioning programs, which interconnect the motor movement card and the motor movement interface box. A LabVIEW-programs controlled color detector, which combines with a data acquisition card and a data acquisition interfere box, is used to measure electro-optical properties; we will focus on forward bias, luminous intensity, hue, chromaticity coordinates, dominant wavelength, purity and color temperature. Integrating the motor positioning system and the electro-optical measurement interfaces, we develop a high-precision, high-stability, and automatic LED electro-optical properties measurement system. The system provides data reports for electro-optical properties; the data can be used to classify LED. We also feedback these data to production lines and we can revise relative parameters to optimization. The optimized parameter values can then improve the yield of the production lines.
