Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系 === 93 === In recent years, participation in the WTO and computerization make the accession to information more rapid. The logistics trend of agricultural products has driven to improve the environment of marketing channel. Because of the characteristics of agricultural products and quality maintenance, collecting, frozen, clearing, grading, packaging, warehousing and transportation, etc. are more important in marketing process. The fresh processing spot or distribution center was located quite near to market to acquire agricultural products and then market to the Army, school nutrition lunch, department store, supermarket, etc. Therefore, the location conditions of distribution center for instant processing, supplying, fresh keeping, and increasing the life of fresh products seems relatively important. Based on the setup standard of distribution center of agricultural product revised by the Council of Agriculture in 2004, this study is to explore the decision factors of location conditions for the fresh-processing-type distribution center of vegetables and fruit. Fuzzy Delphi method is used to screen 8 constructs and 32 indices that are employed to construct questionnaire for collecting data by two times. Fuzzy AHP is employed to analyze the rank of decision factors of location conditions for the distribution center of fresh agricultural products. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The first four rank of constructs—manager’s idea, transportation network, human resources, and materials acquisition show that the major choice of location conditions are management ideas, convenient transportation accessible to location, recruiting professional personnel, and raw materials available. 2. Five major indices are overall vision in management, strategic planning and positioning, marketing channel planning, easily accessible to traffic infrastructure, skills and conditions of keeping fresh, and continuous usable land. These indexes demonstrate that the distribution center must be located based on the long-term goal planning for sustainable business. 3. Six of the first eleven indices of location conditions coincide with those of revised by the Council of Agriculture in 2004, including the overall vision in management, strategic planning and positioning, marketing channel planning, easily accessible to traffic infrastructure, traffic convenience, and the characteristics of production and sources of materials.
