Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系 === 93 === In order to improve the quality of the public servants to suit the needs of the populace, the Executive Yuan concluded "shaping Learning Government " in 2004.The purpose of this research is inquire into the difference of organizational Learning and Leadership Behavior of the Pingtung Country Government employee. We using one-way ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis two modes found that the status quo of both organizational Learning and Leadership Behavior of the Pingtung Country Government employees’ sense are getting advancement. According to the result of this research, this research suggests the leadership of Pingtung Country Government could give effect to the lead-mode which is high consideration and high structure, also, promoting Organizational Learning of Learn to promise. Finally, the leading cadre could animate the subordinate officer by the leader’s trust to staff.
