Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 幼兒保育系碩士班 === 93 === The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of parent-child sharing reading activity to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder of attention behavior.In this study, two children that identified as ADHD were chosen as candidates for the further investigation. The research method is mainly based on the qualitative analysis and assists with the quantitative analysis. The research is continuously performed within four months (3 times with 15 minutes a week). For better evaluation the cases, the evaluation tools including a parenting kindergarten children activity table, fathering kindergarten children activity table, attention behavior observation table as well as picture books were used to investigate. In addition, combined with above tables, some results could be achieved through the interviews, videographs, observations and documents’ analysis. The results of this study were briefly described as follows: 1. The quantitative analysis. According to the findings of observation tables, it could be confirmed that the parent-children reading was effective to improve the children’s attention behavior with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder for both cases. 2. The qualitative analysis. (a) The attention behaviors of two children become more and more concentration on the reading picture books after performing parent-child sharing reading test through the observation data analysis. (b) The attention behavior of children is focused on the contents of picture books, especially in body language. The children’s actions are similar to the contents of picture books after performing parent-child sharing reading test (c) The children’s attention behavior changes in the oral language. The ability of expressive language for children is significantly related to the contents of picture books after performing parent-child sharing reading test. Finally, according to the results of interview, it could be obviously found that the attention behavior of two children is significantly improved for children’s parent and their teachers. According to the results, some important findings and suggestions could be provided for parents and scholars
