In general, the testing system is time consuming and inaccurate, because of independent testing modules. Up to date, the testing modules are used for testing specific components such as IC bare boards, antennas, speakers, etc. However, the performance of the finished products cannot be measured precisely and effectively by the independent testing method, and easy happen erroneous judgments by human. An entire-function automatic testing system is required for the modern wireless communication industry. In this thesis, we proposed an entire-function automatic testing system and investigated the noise disturbance during the testing in radio frequency, voice frequency, electric current loss, etc. A metallic chamber was optimized for the impendence matching to isolate the electromagnetic interference. The PC-based measurement system was developed for reducing the errors which were induced by human.
