Moreover, related factors with hearing-impaired children were analyzed by multiple regression. First, this study established an assessment in phonological awareness that is suitable for normal and hearing-impaired children. The subjects were 123 normal children from Grade1 to Grade4, and 46 hearing-impaired children in regular or hearing-impaired class. The main findings are as follows: 1.The internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability and construct validity of the assessment in phonological awareness were established. 2.normal children’s phonological awareness: (1)There were no differences in phonological awareness among normal children from Grade1 to Grade4. (2)Children’s ability in phonemic awareness were better than that in tone awareness. 3.hearing-impaired children’s phonological awareness: (1)There were no differences in phonological awareness among hearing-impaired children from Grade1 to Grade4. (2)There were no significant differences between phonemic awareness and tone awareness. (3)Among 7 related factors, level of hearing impairment was able to account for 22.7% of the variance in phonological awareness. 4.the differences in phonological awareness between normal and hearing-impaired children (1)There were no significant differences between normal and hearing-impaired children(in regular class) in Grade1. (2)The abilities in phonological awareness of normal children in Grade2,3,4 were significantly higher than those of hearing-impiared children(in regular or hearing-impaired class). At the end some limits of this study and suggestions about future research were discussed. None 李芃娟 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 111 zh-TW |
