The subjects of this study with samples sized of 706 subjects and the effective number of 649 subjects are a judgmentally selected form school staff, which belong to elementary schools in four countries and cities South Taiwan. The data of questionnaires have been preceded for statistical analysis under the “SPSS for Windows10.0” statistics package software .After statistical analysis, the researcher has arranged the interview outline, and interviewed four teachers in elementary school to explore more information about applying administrative e-campus in elementary school’s administration. In addition, the marketing strategies of administrative e-campus in elementary school’s administration are developed according to simplified Delphi technique. Synthesizing the findings of exploring historical document analysis, interview and questionnaire, the conclusions have been reached as following: 1.On the whole , elementary schools need to enhance environment and software and resource when carring out administrative e-campus. 2.On the whole , the problems of environment and software and resource are serious when elementary schools implement administrative e-campus. 3. The problem of software is the most serious when elementary schools carry out administrative e-campus. 4.There is a congnitive difference among the directors and the teachers involving technology coordinator and administrative teachers and teachers. 5. The teachers think the problems: “the software cannot update and uphold , owing to the limited funds ” and “It is difficult to share the datas of students to when they transfer to another school , owing to the different of the software of administrative e-campus in every country and city. ” are the most serious problems of improvement of administrative e-campus in elementary school. 6.The personal background of teachers are some significantly associated with problems in implementing school administrative e-campus. 7.From now on , the cooperation of educational administration authorities and elementary schools will be needed to solve the marketing strategies of administrative e-campus . At last, according to the result offered some suggestions to educational administration authorities, elementary schools and related further studies for the references.
