Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系 === 93 === The purpose of this study was to explore the current status vocational skills practice in department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school. This research went through literature review and adopted questionnaire survey designs .This study chose the teachers of the special education classes in vocational high schools as the studying subjects, and put in use of questionnaire survey, with 693 surveys mailed, 492 of which returned, and 70.99% being the rate of valid sampling. The statistic analyses SPSS 11.0 edition for windows software included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, sorting, chi-square test, one sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe Post Hoc Multiple Comparisons. 1.The rate of teachers with vocational skills in department of special education and technological programs is low. To need other relative vocational skill teachers support recently. 2.The teaching skill of the department of special education and technological programs teachers all factors above the standard lever. 3.There are significant differences in the factors of the different categories with vocational skill teaching on the student attitude and workplace acception. 4.There are significant differences in the factors of the different school site with vocational skill teaching on the student attitude. 5.There are significant differences in the factors of the gender with vocational skill teaching on the teacher profession. 6.There are no significant differences in the factors of the different age teachers with vocational skill teaching. 7.There are significant differences in the factors of the different administrative duty teachers with vocational skill teaching on the parent involvement, the workplace acception and the whole present. 8.There are significant differences in the factors of the different certificates teachers with vocational skill teaching on the school administrative support and the whole present. 9.There are significant differences in the factors of the different service period teachers with vocational skill teaching on the student attitude. 10.There are significant differences in the factors of the different professional certificates teachers with vocational skill teaching on the teacher profession and the parent involvement.
