In regards of the management of human resources, finance and other departments in the business, it becomes less versatile than those owned by private groups. Also, sometimes new policies make the operation of those government-owned businesses move into trouble due to the fact that these businesses have to support each others. Since 1980 British Premier and US President have been proposing and bringing privatization to the rest of the world. To the employees, companies being privatized would shock the benefits they have. For instance, the identity of public official, working permit, protection of living rights, economical benefits, labor standards, career planning, career path development, family issue, social relationship and human interactions would all be affected. No doubt these would be a big conflict and changes to all employees, and this is also how difficult the process is going to be. Based on the different processes and stages being used for civil aeronautics administration ministry of transportation and communications to be privatized, they all use one stage privatization. Take TACT Logistics as an example, their sales revenues have apparently in positive growth. However, in the research there is yet no deep study about the job satisfaction level of those employees who are currently undergone the process of privatization at this point of time. Thus, this topic is chosen. The study has been through quantity analysis and has taken back sufficient and valid samples to process statistics analysis. This study is mainly focus on the consequences of motivation and job satisfaction level after the changes had made to the employees who have been through the entire process of privatization.
