碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 合作經濟學系 === 93 === Nowadays Agriculture is facing extremely severe impacts in Taiwan. The local farmers’ associations must transform their operation and management to adapt the highly changeable environment; they are not only related with the development of agriculture since before. . More than this, they also integrate with politics, economies and social network; therefore they become the most important agricultural organizations in Taiwan. The local farmers’ associations undertook resources of supply and distribution because they have lots of properties and assets. But some of them haven’t done the proper way and caused the operation into trouble. From the resources operative points of view, there are three objectives of this research as following: 1. To establish the model of resources configuration on local farmers’ association; 2. To analyze the linkage of resources configurative dimensions and indexes of this model; 3. To exam the difference of resources among the local farmers’ associations. After the literature review and analysis, we realize when organization faces the changing and competitive environment, it must accumulate more resources and competence from time to time, the organizations could enhance their capability to manage the whole situation and get better than before. There are four dimensions in this research constructs as following: “coordinative mechanism”, “absorptive capacity”, “positioning assets” and “developing path”. Afterward we use statistic methods (SEM and ANOVA) to analyze the four dimensions of constructs. Through the examination and analysis, this research offered some crucial conclusions as following：The inference shows four above dimensions have positive correlation with the farmers' associations. The criteria such as “coordination & integration”, “assimilation”, “organizational boundaries”, and “technological opportunities” are the mot important indexes of resource configuration. Furthermore, this research found that there are some differences among those variables with resource configuration, such as amounts of assets and net values and net value of supply and marketing department in the farmers' associations.
