| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 社會學系 === 93 === The purpose of this thesis was to understand and investigate the relationship between religious and political attitudes among Taiwan legislators. Several aspects were discussed. First, the literature on the relationship between religious and political attitudes among American legislators was reviewed. Second, the religious attitude among Taiwan legislators was described. Third, the relationship between the relationship between religious and political attitudes among Taiwan legislators was analyzed. Forth, the religious and political attitudes among Taiwan legislators were compared to the attitudes among Taiwan common people. A survey research was conducted to collect the data on religious and political attitudes among Taiwan legislators. In addition, the data on religious and political attitudes among Taiwan common people were gained from Taiwan Social Change Survey conducted by Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica. Generally, the results revealed that there was a significant relation between religious and political attitudes among Taiwan legislators. Moreover, the results also revealed that the intensity of religious and political attitudes among Taiwan legislators was stronger than that among Taiwan common people.
