Through the employment of visit and questionnaires method, the sample includes 329 residents in Kili-Ann and in effect 322 available samples were retrieved, and visit 18 people. Based on the literatures review, the instrument was self-designed with questionnaires employed in this study were the Kili-Ann residents’ recognition of folk arts Scale. Eventually, aproposal dealing with recognition of folk art based on the survey, the group interview, foreign cases in addition to some theoretical explanation were offered as follows: (一) The attribute of Qiliann residents between the cognition consciousness of community and the cognition of folk art keep the positive ratio for the most items. It shows those who highly identified the community are also highly identified folk art. (二)People who is active in the community, the works doing for themselves are normally for their own favors, interests and benefits. They don’t really understand the great project which is called” The overall construction of the community”; however, as regards understanding the historic spots and participating folk activities are highly desired. It’s obvious that Qiliann residents identify the feasibility of the communization of folk art. (三) For philology, to build up the recognition of the communization of folk art, and to awake also to construct group memories that exist a certain causal relation. However, compare metropolitan city (non-natives thickly pass in and out, hectic life, etc.) with traditional villages or towns, the causes and effects would be different. (eg. residents in Qiliann community seem not a direct ratio on the understandings or recognition for traditional folk arts, historic spots, traditional religions). This can only re-excavate and move together with the lost local culture, blended new group and new culture in new era which evoke residents to join and to construct new community culture and recognition actively. This can be re-defined the new spirit and life for the community culture, which make it can inherit from the tradition but also unify contemporary life. (四) ”The overall construction of the community”under the government policy of nativism, it does make Taiwanese to have tremendous changes in country identification. However, we have to notice that between Chinese culture, Taiwan native culture, community native culture and the spreading of culture art on new community also new culture, there are too many simultaneity. They are not single individualities. By way of cultural domination, overemphasize any recognition in any substance, which may face up to the conflicts of multicultural trend of thought. Based on the conclusion above, this research presents several suggestions to Qiliann community: 一、Make use of government budget to guide to lead residents’ respect. 二、To organize community force of enthusiastic public, making the crosswise relationship. 三、To combine the community resources, to use media widely and to market the community characteristics. 四、To accept the variety of cultures with a spacious mind that makes folk art showing a new vitality in the tradition. 五、The design of folk art activities should be given more creations which makes them to be active, vivid and attractive to the concern of residents. keyword:recognition,folk art,community,communization Hsieh Chao-I 謝潮儀 陳元義 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW
