They are ranked high profit, dividend and price among companies listed in stock and OTC market. Furthermore it is also one of 10 Taiwan star industries in 2005 and recommended by many incorporations. This thesis analyzes key element of security industries – CCD camera. Studying its competition, competitive strategy and supply chain management. To verify leader Co. get first mover advantage, we take entry barrier of second-string player analyzing. This thesis takes A Co. for example, analyzing how to apply disruptive innovation strategy to take action plan and reach the goal. There are four dimensions- disruptive innovation, e-supply chain management, e-marketing strategy and e-production strategy. By case study, there are following conclusion: (1)First mover possesses continuing competitive advantage while later mover gets higher entry barrier in industrial markets. (2)Besides, disruptive innovation is extensively performed on products’ R&D, it’s more and more adopted on industrial products’ marketing channel revolution, especially like e-commerce, network marketing. (3)Industries as diversified models but small quantity, niche market, key successful factors excepting diversification, highly custom-made and SOM. Adopting group technology in order to own flexibility manufacturing as well as important. E supply chain plays key factor among them. (4)Enterprise pursues profit, continuing management; the most important thing is doing right (effectiveness) then doing good (efficiency). Enterpriser shall take dynamic strategy and judge the situation by the competitive circumstances. Here takes A Co. for example construct e-supply chain platform pursuing customer-oriented business strategy to get unique competitive strength in competitive market.
