This wave shows some problems of innovative ability; TRIZ “Theory of Inventive Problem Solving”, just like an effective tool can solve the technology subject for modern enterprise. Base on TRIZ theory, designer use patent search mode, searching for necessary data. This study applying TRIZ to analyze and induce each patent case of “inventive principles”. Designer use systematical model to develop a database for assisting their design quickly to shorten research cycle time, reducing error and rising effect. The study is using Microsoft Office series “Access” to build “Innovative database” that experiment on two types of hand tools. One is “multi-function screwdriver design”, the other is “screwdriver handle design”. Each type is divided into two groups, one is named “experiment group”(EG) , the other named “contrast group”(CG) .The experiment purpose of EG is innovative development and CG is Patent Around. The second purpose is to test and verify the difference of “Innovative database” between using and none using “Innovative database”. This analyzing integrative report includes the concept collection of inventive principles, design development hierarchy……etc. This inventive development model can guide industrial to have the better design development system.
