The focus of this study include:students' role identification of the interns, the interrelation between interns and students, the influence from the interns on the class. Qualitative technique including interview, participation observation and document analysis are adopted in this study to realize the interrelation between the interns and the class, and the influence of the interns on the class. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. The role identification of the interns by students are not same. (1) The students of higher grade regard the interns as their brothers or sisters. (2) Depending on the emphasis of the teachers(tutor)could change the role identification of the interns by lower grade students. 2. In higher grade, the interrelation between interns and students are different with the interrelation between mentors and students. (1) The interrelation between interns and students are like the interrelation of friends. (2) As far as the higher grade students are concerned, they do not afraid of the interns, and they can chat with the interns naturally. 3. The interns help mentors with class management . 4. The influence of the interns on class: (1) The interns could urge the mentors to reflect their instruction. (2) The mentors could obtain new stimulation and new methods of teaching from the interns. (3) The interns can help mentors with class management. (4) As far as the class are concerned, intern is a competent teacher to take place of the mentors. (5) The interns can accelerate the class to keep on the track, and gather class centripetal force. (6) The interns can create more chance of education for mentors to deal with the problems in the class. (7) The interns deliver what school announce to the mentor who have many affair to deal with. (8) As far as the students are concerned, they have another teacher to teach them and to chat with them. (9) Because of the interns, the students would have different standards to obey. (10) As a result of lacking experience, the interns will bring the troubles of instruction and class management. (11) The mentors would concern about teacher examination of their interns. (12) Regard of the close interrelation between interns and students, the mood of the mentors will be affected. (13) Mentors and interns may have some trouble getting along because of different opinions. (14) A mentor would face extra (unpredictable)stress. KeyWord: Mentor, Intern, Mentoring Practicum Model
