碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育研究所 === 93 === A Study on relationship between working pressure and retirement attitude for the senior teacher of Elementary school in Kaohsiung Jui-Chen Lin Abstract The purpose of this research was to understand the senior teachers’ satisfaction of working pressure and retirement attitude of elementary schools and analysis the differences of individual backgrounds and the relationship between the working pressure and retirement attitude in this research. The method of this research was using the questionnaire of“Survey the senior teachers’ working pressure and retirement attitude of elementary schools .”This research toke general survey to construct the way of examining. The respondent, for public 20 annual senior teacher（include）full in age and service seniority of national elementary schools of Kaohsiung City. The data of the 1255 questionnaires were analyzed by using the average, standard deviation, T-test, single factor variation coefficient analysis and Pearson Product correlation. The main conclusions were as follows: 1. The senior teachers had working pressure impression of middle and upper degree. 2. The senior teachers’ working pressure would be felt differently based on their different physical health, serve as the career , scale of school, assuming office as the parish land. 3. The senior teachers’ retirement attitude of most the respondents was positive. Ⅱ 4. The senior teachers’ retirement attitude would be felt differently based on their different age, seniority, marriage, economy, assuming office as the parish land. 5. The senior teachers’ working pressure and retirement attitude were relevant. The last part offers some suggestions for the educational institutions, senior teachers and future researches.
