While the city of Taiwan develops, the population of the city increases and the demand for the land multiple too; especially between the era of 1980 and 1990, with the will of people running high, they asked the military to return the levied land. Meanwhile, under the situation of global competition, the Executive Yuan also ask the military to yield. Under such land problems military encounter, it’s necessary to fully self-criticism the military’s control land.
We should elect land symbiosis and use the evaluation system and model to reach the mutually beneficial of the military camp’s urban land-use and the land of the local. Besides reviewing relevant documents and considering the character of military camp, we should invite the relevant army expert to analysis the important factor to build up level structure, and then use the expert’s questionnaire investigation method to ascertain the evaluation system and decide the military camp’s follow-up manner of the use of land (keep, release and Symbiosis etc.) This research includes six chapters, approximately describe as follow:
The first chapter describes this research’s background, motivate, purpose and method etc. With the clarification of problem causing, we find the solution of land-use in military camp. On the second chapter, it describes the related documents’ retrospect and the election of theory skeleton. The third chapter highlights the self-criticism of the existing issues of land-use in military camp.
With the consideration of characteristic and purpose in military camp, the evaluation system and pattern of urban land-use have been elected in chapter four. The fifth chapter narrates the analysis of living example and the build up of strategy of the existing land. Finally, this research established the symbiosis development model of both military and the public as its conclusion.
