Therefore this research discusses the staff’s interval arrangement of the working time and the rest time whether can affect to the staff’s job burnout in the sole workday. In view of the problem of interval arrangement of the working time and the rest time, this research discusses the relationship between rest time, rest number of times and job burnout. The job burnout divides into three constructions surface to weigh and the period of service, the salary and the marital status lists as the control variable. In ad-dition, the age, the sex and the work degree inducts "the rest time and the job burnout" and "the rest number of times and the job burnout" to discuss its moderator effect. In findings, rest time and exhaustion phenomenon are obviously negative relation-ship and the age and the work degree both have obvious moderator effect. But the mod-erator effect of sex does not reveal. Next, in rest number of times and job burnout, be-cause the domestic environment and the policy influence, causes nearly 90% of staff equally every day only to have one time of rest time and also 10.5% of samples have no rest time, thus is unable to discuss the relationship between rest number of times and the job burnout. However, the satisfies own to the rest time in the sample, has only accounted for 36.7%. This meaning staff although coordinate company working time of policy, but certainly not satisfactory its working time of arrangement. Therefore the company when pursues own benefit, also should consider the staff feels, so the side can achieve the bi-lateral reciprocal benefit boundary.
