This study was corrected 21events of women’s track and field best results of the Nation、Asia Game、World championship and Olympic Game to be the research’s object. In this study, the researcher used the method of standardization to analyze raw data and differences in which the results as follow: 1.According to the priority, the goal sets of the focal point in track and field games should be arranged in order as 200m,100m,400m hurdles ,100 hurdles and 400 relay. 2.The handicap in the world record, the first main point of training is same as 200m sprint first , then 100m sprint ,400m hurdles ,100m hurdles ,100 hurdles and 4x100 relay. It shows that Taiwan’ athletes in short and middle distance games are closer to World competition; Asian games and they have higher chances to get the prize. 3.The results of analysis in Olympic Game and Taiwan, the nearest are 100 hurdles, 400 hurdles, 100m and 200m sprint; these items show up the handicap. It indicating that the more Competitive games of Taiwan within the world need to strengthen training in short and middle distance race; in order to catch up the footstep with Asian games , world games and Olympic games in which the aim directly at different races in track and field games . We analyze them in accordance with different levels and set out the goals we should strive to achieve. As the result of consequences, we find out in every training programs and developments, the first goal should be arranged at the Asian Games.
