From this study that we would like to see if it is possible on seeing the effectiveness from relaxation can improve the pilots’ safety flight skill and theirs own subject well-being. This research is base on the relationship between pilots’ job stress and subject well bring. This there will have leisure coping strategies effectiveness on the issue the discussion. Our research is focus on the domestic Chinese commercial airline pilots, and this research is not included the military pilots. From the research that shows, the job stress and subject well-being both are opposite from each other, but with the leisure coping strategies can be a great success key point for the pilots to adjust their working environment and their personal environment. In another word, the pilots are weaker than who did not receive the leisure coping strategies.
