The completion or deficiency of the education environment will rely on whether the education environment project, planning and design are complete and in detail. By looking from this aspect, the school campus environment is an important area of the education environment. The superiority and inferiority of the school campus environment will affect the success and failure of the education development. Therefore how to establish a high quality campus environment is the focus of school development. Looking from the development history of school, the most important element of school is 「people」and that means the establishment of the first body environment of the school campus-tenacious body environment. This is the space environment and education facilities and equipment required to satisfy student to learn and obtain knowledge and to enable teacher to cultivate talents. At this time the second body environment of the school campus-hardware environment is formed. In order to allow teaching by teacher and the learning by student and the operation of relevant personnel to be more refined so that the teaching quality of teacher can be enhanced and the student learning result can be brought into full play and the school management can be effective, the third body environment of the school-software environment is formed (Chen Chin-Hsi, 2003.11). The formation and development of the three bodies environment of school is a natural result required for educational development of school. Therefore, how to allow the development of the three bodies environment of school to be more concrete and effective will be the core of school campus development. This research will base on the three bodies environment coexistence as the theoretical basis to explore the principle of campus planning and the environmental system and will present the three bodies co-existence system structure of the school. Based on this, the campus three bodies environment co-existence planning model shall be formulated so that it can be the basis of actual proof operation in Chapter 4. In actual, actual proof is provided on the campus planning problem of Taipei Yen Ping Primary School and Yung An Primary School. From the actual proof investigation and analysis of the three bodies environment, the school organization system and the affairs development and improvement issues and countermeasures are presented so as to seek for the co-existence of the campus environment. This is to provide primary schools of the Bureau of Education of Taipei City Government as the basis when conducting campus environment planning. The research is based on the content of five chapters to conduct the deduction on the three bodies environment co-existence planning of school: Chapter 1 This will start from explaining clearly on the motive and purpose of this research and an exploration is conducted on the problems of school environment planning. In addition, the context and content of this research are identified and finally the steps, method and process of this research are explained. Chapter 2 It is an interpretation on the three bodies environment coexistence philosophy and an analysis on the environment planning documents. A recall is conducted on the three bodies environment co-existence philosophy and the sustainable campus philosophy that shall be the theoretical structure. Through the interpretation on the environment planning documents, the understanding is obtained on a complete process of the environment planning. In addition, through the analysis on the environment planning report on Taipei middle and primary schools, the understanding on the process of the present school architecture environment planning is obtained. Chapter 3 It is the application of three bodies environment co-existence philosophy in the school architecture planning. The three bodies environment co-existence philosophy is applied in the school environment system to establish the school three bodies environment system. In addition, it is utilized in the environment planning and the school three bodies environment co-existence planning model can be established. Chapter 4 It is based on Taipei Yung An Primary School and Yen Ping Primary School as the example of actual proof operation. It can be discovered that when the school planning design of Yung An Primary School and Yen Ping Primary School is not based on the three bodies environment co-existence planning, problems will still be generated between these two planning designs. In respect of the planning design process, the modern planning process is more advanced than before. However, there is still a shortage of an overall integration of the school environment. Therefore, the school three bodies environment should be utilized to conduct integration and the coexistence objective shall be the guiding direction and in this way, an imbalance on the school planning design will not be easy and the school can stride towards an sustainable development easier. Chapter 5 This chapter presents conclusions and suggestions. After comparison, the consideration on the three bodies environment by Yung An Primary School in the course of environment planning is more than the Yen Ping Primary School and that may be the indirect reason why Yung An Primary School is better.
