Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 93 === This research is to study the relationship of group member’s diversity, cohesion and in-role behavior, organizational citizenship behavior, via indirect citation and logic, there’s found that the relationship of these two needs to be clarified. This research is done through the questionnaire, having the customer-service em-ployees and their direct supervisors of 3C industries to fill out the survey. There’s in to-tal 75 companies, 480 people(first category with 360 people, second with 120 people, according to one supervisor versus 3 employees). Customer service employees fill out the questionnaire about group member cohesion and value. Direct supervisors fill out the questionnaire about the views of organization behavior. There are 345 surveys re-turned(first category with 240 people, second category with 105 people)except invalid unfinished surveys, 65 people, Total valid matched- questionnaire are 70. The returned ratio is 81.16%. At results, the relationship between informational diversity and organizational citi-zenship behavior-organization ; OCBO has significant positive correlation ; value diver-sity is a significant negative correlation factor for in-role behavior, organization citi-zenship behavior-individual (OCBI), and organization citizenship behavior- organi-zation ( OCBO )and in-role behavior have significant positive correlation.
