The existed systematic references are mostly measuring the practical achievement of the Balance Scorecard in financial angle, but study little about the influ-ence upon this system to employees. This research is targeted at medical mechanism to consider employees’ job involvement, and analyze the relationship between the identification of Balance Score-card and the employees’ job involvement. According to the relevant theory knowledge, this research has, by a manner of questionnaire, been framed up with a creditable and effi-cient identification chart of the Balance Scorecard System to conduct the analysis and discussion. The findings revealed that in the variables control over the work ethic endorsement, self-esteem, skill variety, feedback, task identity, and leadership consideration, and after the influence upon the partici-pative leadership to the employees, the balance scorecard system has a higher and more noticeable connection between the integrally com-prehensive result and the employee’s job involvement in addition to the remarkably positive connection shown on single structure. Based upon research’s discovery and limitation, this research set forth a pragmatic and strategic implication in the relationship between Balance Scorecard System and employee’s job, and proposed the se-quential study.
