We explain the transmission method of specific help codes using the wireless communication device on the vehicle, these devices have the IPv6 addresses and can transmit data to pre-established endpoint.During the period of accidents, and the receivers execute the relative responsing actions. We first discuss the time spent to convert and transmit data in each compont in the practical designs. We then compare the overall time spent and the real applicable time.Later, we search for the solutions to overcome problems and to meet the conditions through bottlenecks.
