This article for the research makes a conclusion for three factors： 1. Financial analysis： （1） Banks should analyze business financial information by five years , and seasons analysis is necessary. （2） Analysis for cash flow and crossing analysis for all kinds of financial ratios is necessary. （3） Banks`「Business Data Base Management System」is necessary for same industry`s financial analysis. 2. Analysis for business management： （1） An indicator of 「Business exits in the stock market for five years」is important. （2） The evaluation of business CEO `s can consider America`s 「SOX Act」. （3） An indicator of 「The exchange rate of CPA firm and CFO」 is important. 3. Analysis for industry ： （1） Analysis for related companys` operation. （2） An indicator of 「Fake for Sales」. （3） Establishment for professional evaluation organization. The result for the research can take into consideration for banks when loaning to enterprises.
