Fllowing the promotion of social welfare, the disabled also has the right to pursue life quality and leisure. In reality, they still have many constraints in having leisure activities. As a result, based on this topic of hearing-impaired person’s leisure participation, this thesis discussed the influence of leisure constraints and the effects. And try to realize the relationship between leisure effects and future participation intention, to be the reference of special leisure. This research was based on Taipei city and county. The objects were the hearing-impaired adults which were above 18 years old. The study was proceeded with questionnaire. There’s a partial difference between personal characteristics and leisure constraints or participation;A negative obovious influence of “intdividual constraints” on leisure time and a positive influence of “environmental constraints” on participation frequency were found; About the influence of mental effects of leisure participation, there’s a negative obvious influence of leisure time on mental effects;On behavior, an obvious influence of leisure time and “sportive”, “social”, and “art” activities on the effects of behavior were found. Especially, the “sportive” activities was most powerful; About leisure effects and future participation intention, used the Spearmon Bivariate Correlation Analysis to survey the relationship between the future intention and mental effects or behavioral effects. There was also obvious correlation between these two pairs of factors. There was positively correlated between anxiety of mental effects and “social”, or “art”activities; Positively correlated between self-efficacy of behavioral effects and the future intention of “sportive”, or “art”, or “amused”, or “adventure” activities; Positively correlated between participated confidence and “social”, or “art”, or “amused”, or “adventure” activities. According to the research, we suggest the other influencing factors of leisure participation can be involved into the study in the following academic researches. And discussed the mental and behavioral change between the before and after leisure participation, to be the reference of the leisure beneficial effects. On the government aspect, we suggest positively promote leisure education to develop or improve the short of leisure perception, communication and skills, lowering leisure constraints and increasing the participation and beneficial effects. On the business aspect, the research can provide the reference to leisure business to plan activities and leisure journey of the hearing-impaired. To make them feel better, and get higher satisfaction. Furthermore, they would be willing to re-participate the leisure or tourist activities.
