This topic is deserving the deep discussion. So the research focuses on studying of relationships between organizational culture and organizational commitment among military appointed personnel who participate in lifelong learning. The research analysis based on survey. The 335 questionnaires were distributed 277 of them are valid . Statistical techniques used for data analysis include descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test analysis, person correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis were performed by using SPSS for windows 12.0. The major finding were as following: 1. Diversities of age, level of education, service seniority, marriage status, social level, and duty of military appointed personnel will cause significant difference in organizational culture. 2. Diversities of age, level of education, service seniority, marriage status, social level, unit, and duty of military appointed personnel will cause significant difference in organizational commitment . 3.There is obviously positive relationships between organizational culture and organizational commitment.
