In the enterprises, which employ the project-oriented concept in the management , all the members in the project have to carry out the tasks they are assigned. The schedule and the details of the tasks are organized and arranged by the project manager.
Since all of the activities of the members in the enterprise are set to fulfill the project, the communication and sharing of the information is therefore inevitable. Under the circumstance of an increasing amount of communication among the staffs in the enterprise, the development of a well-designed platform for the communication and information sharing will be an important issue which the enterprise has to face. The question should also be taken into account in the project system, how the enterprise finds an efficient way for information sharing so that the costs and time could be decreased and saved.
This thesis concentrates on the concept of Project-Oriented Integrated Messaging System and tries to find the application of this concept in the area of the Enterprise Information Portal. With the help of event-driven method in the project, the staffs of the enterprise can efficiently deliver and use the information they need in the message system. This will help the project run in a cost-effective and time saving way.
