Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 建築與古蹟維護研究所 === 97 === Since 1945, relocation of historic building preservation in Taiwan contains 29 cases; those preservation experiences maintain contributions for culture heritage in Taiwan. This research focus on Hong-Mao-Gong traditional settlement in Kaoshiung relocation construction, and mainly contains organizing those development process and relocation of historic building preservation, at the end, we discuss construction process of historic buildings’ relocation through this research records. 3 different experiences in below from this research: first of all, detailed plan relocation is key point to historic buildings which affect it success or failure. Second, an uncertain orientation of historic buildings influences principle on rebuilding and construction. Third, relocation technology is different from historic preservation reconstruction. Base on these 3 experiences, we propose principals in below on relocated operation of historic building: being conscientious on operation attitude, standing on traditional methods, avoiding modern equipment if unnecessary, debasing disassemble techniques proves to irreversible, expressing respective on original trails. Frameworks include: project scheme, establish illustration, encoding components from construction, setting up provisional support system, disassemble or grouped shift construction, structure of components porterage, survey and restore, store up structure of components, etc. Construction of this research records contain: provisional support system, shifting construction, equipment of shifting construction, architecture structure, form, structure, techniques and materials, etc.
