The maintenance for the masonry has been totally ignored ,and the basic research related to the masonry repair is also very limited ,especially for the masonry construction work. In recent years ,under the environment of promoting historic preservation, there is an urgent need for the research related to the masonry repair.
The research is main to study the repair of Taiwan’s Historic Masonry. The main purpose is to do the measure the case of repaired Historic Masonry by the law of 1982. Besides, deal with the information and offer the suggestion in order to do the consideration and realize the situation of repaired from past till now.
The article is to express the motion, purpose and trace the related reference, and hang out the range of research, method and rotation of research. However, studying the solution and the situation of badly repaired in Taiwan’s Historic Masonry. First of all, decide to the people, method and calculated the data of research and analytic the destroy of masonry and find out the reason of damage. The final of the article is based on the data, do the conclusion and offer an effective suggestion, and do the reference of research in the future.
