The use of Search engines provides a good solution. However、a general-purpose search engine always outputs some irrelevant data. Focused crawling can improve this situation. In this thesis、we collect relevant information manually about microorganism、infection disease and antibiotic from the internet、decide the search string. We design a topic specific crawling system、using Lucene API、and taking the query strings as the default input keyword suggestion for searching. An interface and a database are also designed to help the composition of the query strings.
