Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 生物資訊學系碩士班 === 93 === Inherited diseases vitally endanger the life of human. There are about twenty thousand genes cooperated to maintain the works in a cell, even if only one gene is failure, it may bring serious result and become disease. These diseases may be infrequent in heredity, however it exist huge diversity. In this study, we focused on the genetic sequences analysis about inherited diseases. The primarily sequence data were collected from NCBI and GeneCards, and were applied to extract the gene sequences regarding the inherited diseases. 2079 gene sequences about inherited diseases were defined finally. The method of Fourier transform was used to characterize the sequence pattern under different coding algorithm. The results revealed that there are common modules in the sequence pattern among different inherited diseases.
