These diseases may be infrequent in heredity, however it exist huge diversity. In this study, we focused on the genetic sequences analysis about inherited diseases. The primarily sequence data were collected from NCBI and GeneCards, and were applied to extract the gene sequences regarding the inherited diseases. 2079 gene sequences about inherited diseases were defined finally. The method of Fourier transform was used to characterize the sequence pattern under different coding algorithm.
