碩士 === 臺北市立師範學院 === 數學資訊教育研究所 === 93 === The Question and Test Interoperability (QTI) is a specification defined by IMS Corp. used for representation of question and test data and their reports. The QTI defines the content and type of items, the way of combining the items into an assessment, and the selection and scoring of items. The items following the QTI specification can exchange between different examination system, share from internet, and reuse by others. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based testing system following the QTI version 1.2 specification. The system is comprised of account management subsystem, item bank management subsystem, test management subsystem, test statistics and analysis subsystem, and test presentation subsystem. The system is designed by Microsoft ASP.NET programming language and uses Microsoft SQL Sever 2000 as database system. The system intend to achieve the following feature : (1)operating the system through internet browser；(2)sharing item bank；(3)managing tests on the internet by teachers；(4)launching a web-based test on the internet. In order to evaluate the systems, this research employed 20 teachers of primary school to try and test the system, and conduct a field test in primary school. After questionnaire investigation, the result shows that teachers gave the system high praise in the interface and functionality；students felt easy to operate the system and were willing to use the system.
