The same exerciser was used to train and to measure the maximal force of knee-extensors and knee-flexors and Daily Adjustable Progressive Resistance Exercise was applied for the 2-month training. The presentation of agility was measured by back-and-forth running test, and computer and ultra-red rays equipments were used for calculating. The test was practiced before and after training and used the software SPSS 10.0 for Windows to compare the result of test. According to the result, the performance of muscle strength and agility test of those ACL injured within one year had progressed after the training, so the training had brought a noticeable effect. Meanwhile, a remarkable difference was shown in the test result of two groups that suggest the needs of training for the ACL wounded. As for the difference between male and female is not included in this research. Chih-man Chang 張至滿 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
