First of all, the meaning of Wu Tzu’s leadership intellection and its characteristics are studied. Using the results, we researched the western and eastern leadership theory as well as the content of school administrative leadership. Then, we analyze the problem of school administrative leadership currently. The last, revelation and recommendation are proposed according to this research. In Wu Tzu’s leadership intellection, not only contains the element of Law’s intellection, but also includes other parties. It had melted Confucius, Far-Jar and Bin-Jar. From them it gained the spine of all kinds of theory. The inspiration of Wu Tzu’s intellection to school administrative leadership are as follows: (1) the president should have owned stern, virtue, kindness and bravery by himself; (2) The president should have five prudence: reason, preparedness, decision, alert, efficient; (3) The president should have the ability to know someone is good or not; (4)The president should humble; (5) The present could think everything over; (6) The president should face dangers; (7) The president is always introspection; (8) The president shall have contingency leadership; (9) The president should adept in case. How to manage his subordinates for leader are as follows: (1) Creating the common goals with the member in organization; (2) To manage with virtue and law; (3) Emphasizing the center in organization; (4) Taking care of the member in mental and physical situation; (5) Creating the opportunity to learn; (6) To control the character of the member and fitting his position; (7) Creating strong morale; (8) Offering successful opportunity for whom never success; (9) Ordering mission precisely and understandably.
